Shipping Policies

For your security, all Blue Nile shipments require a signature upon delivery. Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email and ensure someone is available to sign for the package. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times before returning your package to us. While we can reship a returned package, a $30 fee applies. We are unable to change your shipping address once your package has shipped. If needed, our Customer Care team can help arrange a hold location for pickup prior to shipment—just chat or call us!

For orders shipping to the U.S., you'll find an estimated ship date listed in the product details for each item. This date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, manufacture, and package your order. 

 * If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.

  * If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Blue Nile can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud you may be required to provide additional details if shipping to an address different than your billing address. 

If you cannot be available or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to a local hold for pick up location so that you can sign for and pick it up within three days. You can select an approved Blue Nile showroom or UPS location in the shopping cart or contact our customer care team prior to shipment to schedule a hold for pick-up.
